1. Employer Placement Service

MSC Placements provides a zero-fee candidate matching service for employers seeking CA Industrial Trainees and CA Freshers. Submitting a vacancy does not create a binding recruitment contract or commercial obligation on either party.

2. Employer Obligations

By submitting a vacancy request, you confirm that:

• You are an authorized hiring manager, HR officer, or representative of the hiring organization.
• The information provided in the vacancy form is accurate and genuine.
• You will evaluate matched candidate profiles professionally and in compliance with applicable labor laws and ICAI articleship guidelines.

3. Disclaimer & Liability

While MSC pre-screens candidate eligibility and domain orientation, the ultimate decision to interview, select, and engage any candidate rests solely with the hiring organization. MSC is not liable for candidate employment performance or outcomes.
